Abstract

|
A thirty six years old woman has been complained of back pain and general weakness for two years. Radiographic and laboratory findings were compatible with primary hyperparathyroidism. The diagnosis was confirmed by exploration of parathyroid adenoma with histopathological findings of the surgical specimen. Following surgery, improvement was noted in laboratory and radiographic features as well as in clinical symptoms.
